NEO PICASSO Plus is a single-pass digital label printer with UV LED ink that prints at up to 50 meters per minute. It can handle many types of substrate and it is capable of printing full color variable data, whether it's a complex QR code or barcode.
Inkjet digital printing doesn’t need plates and lead-time, and its changeovers and just-in-time production make it ideal for short and medium run label production.
The system uses LED pinning system to cure the ink right after each color to achieve the highest quality printouts like sharp edge, whereas ink circulation system keeps UV ink in ready-to-use condition for the highest quality and high-resolution printing results.
Neo Picasso Plus includes corona System; this treatment is to make UV ink more adhesive to various kinds of substrates.
